About Me

I am a writer, musician, songwriter, and content marketer living in Mission Viejo, California. In a professional career that has spanned parts of five decades, I have pivoted on many occasions, from investment banking to pharmaceuticals, from consumer electronics to SaaS software. One constant throughout my career path, however, has been storytelling.

My latest project is writing a sequel to my first-ever novel, Outflanked. Tentatively titled The Iranian Fiasco, I hope to have it available in bookstores early in 2026. It will be my sixth book, joining Immaculate: How the Steelers Saved Pittsburgh; Me, Myself & My Multiple Myeloma; Revenue Orchestration & Today’s New Era of B2B Sales and Marketing; The Indy 500: A Year-Long Quest to Win the Greatest Spectacle in Racing; and, of course, Outflanked.

A cancer fighter every day of the week that ends in a ‘y,’ I serve as a passionate advocate for patients, caregivers, and allies. We're all in this together, and we all get something. It's an honor to be a resource.

Finally, with life’s soundtrack constantly playing in my head, I also perform and record with my two-piece acoustic band, the Chronic Padres.

My Community

I'm extraordinarily grateful for my blessed tribe. When I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2019, my personal and professional networks gave me such a tremendous source of power and strength. It's one thing going into a fight knowing you have your tribe behind you. It's something altogether more empowering knowing you have your tribe right alongside you!

I thrive off connections and community. Please reach out. Let's build our community together.

Join My Journey

If not now, when? We don't know how many tomorrows we have, so let's squeeze every second out of the clock today. Let's take advantage of our opportunities, and wear today out. And, as we go to sleep at night, let's give tomorrow a figurative tap on the shoulder and let it know it's next!
